1. How long does it take for the therapist to reach out?
Therapists typically respond within 1 to 4 working days after your initial inquiry. Please allow them this time to review your request and get back to you.
2. What is your Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy?
Please note that payment must be completed on the same day as the sessions. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.
If canceled late or missed entirely, half the session fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.
This cancellation fee will be added to your payment for the next session.
If you're more than 15 minutes late without informing, the session will be treated as a missed session and charged accordingly.
3. How long does therapy take?
Therapy is a gradual and supportive process, and the duration varies for each individual. Typically, sessions are held once a week for 60 minutes, and it may take several sessions to notice progress. Consistency is key.
4. What if I need support urgently?
The therapist is not available for immediate emergencies. In a crisis, please contact 988 (India’s mental health helpline) or visit the nearest psychiatric emergency unit.
5. Will my information be kept confidential?
Yes. All shared information is strictly confidential unless:
You give written permission to share with a third party.
There’s a threat of harm to yourself or others.
It’s shared with the therapist’s supervisor for professional guidance. (Your therapist will let you know more about this)
