What Are Glimmers?
Glimmers are those tiny, positive moments when you feel clarity, calm, compassion, courage, or connection. They’re those "I’ve got this" sparks, even when life feels overwhelming. They’re a reminder of your strength, showing you what’s possible.

Where Do Glimmers Come From?
They come from your core self—the part of you that’s real, resilient, and ready to grow. Think of them as rays of light breaking through the layers, revealing your truest self beneath the hurt.

Why Do Glimmers Matter?
Glimmers are more than feel-good moments; they’re healing fuel. When you focus on them, you shift from being stuck in pain to discovering hope and momentum. This workshop will show you how to harness those moments to reconnect with your core self and spark real transformation where we can move from emotional suffering/surviving to living.

Will this help?
Oftentimes there can be fear towards healing as yes, you must have sensed it, there might be a lot there. Starting your healing journey with glimmers and using them along the way makes it easier to face tough emotions. Each time, you create more positive experiences and build courage, realizing the challenges weren’t as overwhelming as you thought. Over time, you transform what once bothered you into powerful expressions of your true self.

What is it about?

Rather than talking about your emotional concerns this workshop based on AEDP (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Pcyhotherapy) will lead you through an experiential journey in healing. Therapy or healing work can be overwhelming for a lot of us. The founder of AEDP, Diana Fosha has found a spectacular way to change what needs to be changed without feeling daunting or all-consuming. That is where these Glimmers (powerful reflections of our core-self packed with healing tendencies) can help us sail through this journey on a much lighter note.

Why did I design this workshop?

" As a therapist, I’ve seen the incredible power of AEDP in action—how its focus on glimmers and positive emotions can make transforming suffering so much more doable. I am truly eager to bring some of these benefits to more people in need. Here’s the truth: healing isn’t about sitting in the middle of your pain, feeling it, and expecting everything to magically change. That’s too much to ask of anyone. Instead, it’s about finding what’s already inside you, cause yes! you have been doing great! —your calm, courage, compassion, and wisdom—and using that as a foundation to face those tough feelings along with a safe, supportive, other. When you start from that place of strength, transformation feels possible. And here’s the thing: this is the extent to which I can explain as it isn’t something you can fully describe—it’s something you experience. Looking forward to seeing you in the workshop! "

For Whom?

For anyone dealing with mental stressors and emotional concerns such as sadness, anxiety, panic attacks, relational concerns, childhood trauma, and other emotional difficulties.

If you’re curious but hesitant about healing: Healing can feel intimidating, especially when you’re unsure where it leads. This workshop satisfies your intellectual questions—the “why,” “what is the point of healing or feeling,” and the “how”—so you can approach the process with confidence, and without feeling overwhelmed. It gives you the right information about healing and mental wellness required for you to take a rational decision for yourself, whatever it might be.

If you’re new and want a gentle start: We begin with positive and neutral experiences, like glimmers, to help you build confidence in facing more challenging feelings gradually. This approach ensures a safe and empowering start to your journey.

If you’re already in therapy and want more: This workshop complements your existing therapy, offering tools to deepen your connection to your emotions and gain insights into your triggers, patterns, and defenses at both physical and intellectual levels.
