  • You’ve done Part 1 and are ready to go further, because you know your growth shapes your child’s world

  • You often shut down, please, zone out, snap, or go numb, and can sense that it’s starting to affect your bond with your child

  • You’re ready to leave survival mode behind and feel more like alive, energetic, and yourself

  • You want real support with gentle guidance and parents who truly understand

  • Understand why you shut down, snap, or please, and actively shift these reactions in your body, not just your mind

  • Shift your tone from harsh or complaining to firm and caring, so your child feels safe and understood

  • Parent with more ease by working with your emotions, not against them, and as a result have more space for your child's emotions

  • Reconnect with your true self, the one that is hiding behind these emotional walls, as the authentic you is all your child ever needs

Here's what our clients say

"This workshop has been eye-opening to understand where my defensive nature comes from, and I am able to not blame myself for it, I am actually feeling more hopeful, now I know exactly what is happening within me"

”I felt emotional in a good way in this workshop. Something inside me has shifted, I feel more relaxed and open. I am not blaming myself or my kids for anything and I can't wait to unpack more"

What's Next?

Once you learn how to safely reach the deeper emotions, it’s time to meet the child within you; as it is important for you to fully feel loved, seen, and appreciated, in your body, to be able to truly pass these on to your child. Consistently.

About Me

I’ve spent the last five years helping people do the real inner work, the kind that changes how you show up with your child, your partner, and most of all, with yourself. This isn’t about surface-level advice or quick fixes. It’s about going to the root where your emotional patterns live and finally shifting them in a lasting way.

If you’ve felt stuck, reactive, or like you’re repeating what you swore you’d never do, you’re not alone. These patterns didn’t start with you, but they can end with you. My work brings together neuroscience, attachment work, and body-based healing to help you reconnect with your best self, the place we want to be parenting from, as much as we can.

"Parenting is one of the hardest things we’ll ever do, but also the clearest mirror. It reveals exactly what needs healing within us. We can ignore it and pass it on, or we can face it, transform it, and give our children the gift of starting where we left off: with a regulated nervous system, emotional clarity, and the ability to build deep, meaningful connections with others in a way that feels safe, warm, and lasting."
