Coming Home to You
The Search (Part-1)

What?
We’ve all experienced our authentic self: present, joyful, creative. But life happens. Stress, relationships, feeling unloved, misunderstood or hurt, slowly, we start becoming our coping mechanisms, saying things like “I’ve always been anxious person,” forgetting that wasn’t always true. To protect us, the body tucks away our real self. But it’s not lost, just waiting for safety to return. This workshop is your path back home. Back to the self that feels clear, calm, curious, and alive.
In Part 1, we explore:
Why do my emotions matter? Is it worth revisiting painful memories? What shifts when I do? And how can I begin without feeling overwhelmed?

What's Next?
Once you’ve understood how emotions work and why we should go towards them, part-2 helps you to shed the coping-mechanisms that you have been carrying since a long time, that feel like you but are not you, that have perhaps helped in the past but are potentially impairing your growth in the present. This process helps you to see and get closer to your real self!
How can I relieve all my difficult emotions and meet my real self?
How to shed the coping mechanisms that are no longer helping me?
About Me
I’ve spent the last five years helping people do the real inner work, the kind that changes how you show up with your child, your partner, and most of all, with yourself. This isn’t about surface-level advice or quick fixes. It’s about going to the root where your emotional patterns live and finally shifting them in a lasting way.
If you’ve felt stuck, reactive, or like you’re repeating what you swore you’d never do, you’re not alone. These patterns didn’t start with you, but they can end with you. My work brings together neuroscience, attachment work, and body-based healing to help you reconnect with your best self, the place we want to be parenting from, as much as we can.
"Parenting is one of the hardest things we’ll ever do, but also the clearest mirror. It reveals exactly what needs healing within us. We can ignore it and pass it on, or we can face it, transform it, and give our children the gift of starting where we left off: with a regulated nervous system, emotional clarity, and the ability to build deep, meaningful connections with others in a way that feels safe, warm, and lasting."
