Transforming Parenthood- Before You (Part 1)

What?

In Part 1, we explore why your reactions as a parent sometimes feel so big towards your child? When your child asks for emotional support: patience, presence, care, they’re drawing from the same emotional pool where your past wounds still live. If that space is still holding old pain, even everyday parenting moments can feel overwhelming. Not because you’re doing something wrong but because your body is still trying to cope.

Part 1 of Transforming Parenthood helps you understand and begin healing these patterns: so you can heal the root, not just the response.

What's Next?

Once you’ve named what’s been passed down in Part 1, it’s time to explore how it lives through you and how you can begin to change the story

About Me

I’ve spent the last five years helping people do the real inner work, the kind that changes how you show up with your child, your partner, and most of all, with yourself. This isn’t about surface-level advice or quick fixes. It’s about going to the root where your emotional patterns live and finally shifting them in a lasting way.

If you’ve felt stuck, reactive, or like you’re repeating what you swore you’d never do, you’re not alone. These patterns didn’t start with you, but they can end with you. My work brings together neuroscience, attachment work, and body-based healing to help you reconnect with your best self, the place we want to be parenting from, as much as we can.

"Parenting is one of the hardest things we’ll ever do, but also the clearest mirror. It reveals exactly what needs healing within us. We can ignore it and pass it on, or we can face it, transform it, and give our children the gift of starting where we left off: with a regulated nervous system, emotional clarity, and the ability to build deep, meaningful connections with others in a way that feels safe, warm, and lasting."
